Video: Pittsburgh the star of filmmaker's 'My Tale of Two Cities'

in

Television writer-producer Carl Kurlander returned to his hometown of Pittsburgh for a one-year Hollywood sabbatical.

It stretched far beyond that, and Kurlander decided to document his experience and that of his hometown in a movie called "My Tale of Two Cities."

In this clip from the movie, Kurlander and David Newell from "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" (shown without his signature Mr. McFeely costume and makeup), talk about reinventing Pittsburgh.

"My Tale of Two Cities" will have its West Coast premiere April 11-12 at the Sonoma Valley Film Festival which, coincidentally, will honor native son Michael Keaton. All roads lead back to Pittsburgh or a Pittsburgher.
